Shipping Times:

Order Processing: We typically process and prepare orders within 1-3 days from the time your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, our quantity-based shipping will deliver your package within 1-5 business days.
Order Tracking:
Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your package's journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. For lost packages, we will try to collaborate with you and our shipping partners to help investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Be sure to check shipping and billing addresses, especially if they are not the same. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
